Medium feeder size larvae are great for feeding your reptiles, fish and chickens. They are high in protein, calcium and other essential nutrients for your animals. The medium larvae are also great for buying in larger quantities and growing to the larger size. This is when their appetite is the most voracious and they grow fast.
Medium larvae are 1/4” to 5/8” in size. Average weight is .025-.035 grams each. 15,000 larvae = approx 1 lb.
The shipping is already included in the price. We ship Larvae every Tuesday and Friday. If you are shipping to a PO box, do not select hold for pick up. There is an extra charge for the “hold for pick up” on small orders since this option requires priority mail.
Once the tracking says that your order is delivered or ready for pick up at the post office you will have 24 hours to report any problems with your order for your live guarantee.
If your local temperature forecast is below 40 degrees or above 80 degrees during the week when you place your order it will be marked "hold for pickup" at the post office. If your weather forecast is above 95 your order will be refunded. We ask that you wait for better weather.
If your weather forecast is below 30 degrees you must order a 72 heat pack or the order will be refunded. If your 7 day weather forecast is below 20 degrees during that time your order will be refunded. We ask that you wait for better weather.
